What you will need to apply
  • NDIS DHS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
  • NDIS DHS working with Children check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Nationally accredited criminal history check certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • NDIS New Workers NDIS Induction Module (certificate of completion)
  • NDIS Quality, Safety and you’ – NDIS Worker orientation Module (certificate of completion)
  • Employee Working history and current references (minimum 2)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License
  • An operational phone with Internet
  • Adhere to instructions and procedures and policies

A minimum requirement of a Certificate III or currently in the process of obtaining one of the following qualifications:.

  • Community Services
  • Ageing and Disability
  • Youth Work
  • Mental Health
Highly regarded
  • Mental Health First Aid
  • HLTHPS006 Assist client with medication
  • HLTWHS005 Conduct Manual Tasks Safely
  • Trauma-Informed Care
  • Autism Awareness and Understanding
  • Through their eyes (Safe environment for children and young people)

MBS Support Services offers above award pay rates which will be discussed on an individual basis and agreed upon prior to commencing work.
This will be based upon the job role you undertake and your qualifications and experience.
